We got some Easter pictures taken of the cousins. They turned out SO cute! I think we'll do this every year!
The bunny jumped into the basket and it really made Conner nervous.

We went to a kids fair at the Comal County Fair Grounds after pictures and had fun. It started raining so we left earlier than we had planned, but the kids enjoyed meeting Lightning McQueen and Mater, taking a tractor/train ride and jumping on a trampoline.

We were outside playing this evening and it got darker and darker. Conner came to me and said, "There's a ghost!" and had the most frightened face. It was cute, but I wonder where he learned what a ghost is...?

The kids and I went to a MOPS Easter Egg Hunt today. The kids got to play, then we had a potluck breakfast, and more playing before the actual hunt. It was at a house surrounded by forest, with no fence and a pool. Needless to say, I had to follow my kids around everywhere. They pulled out this cute power wheels and the kids LOVED it; the batteries were almost dead, so I had to push it a lot. All of this combined with being 8 months pregnant and I was EXHAUSTED by the time we left! But the kids had a lot of fun!

We hosted a cousins Easter Egg hunt at our house. It has kind of become our tradition, and we love it! We do these egg popper things, a pinata and then the egg hunt!
I
decided to make a homemade pinata this year because the ones that we
buy are like $30, plus you still have to buy the candy! But it took a
lot of time, and then we had to come up with a creative way to hang it.
So I guess we will go back to buying them next year.
These
are the egg poppers. It's a plastic egg, both sides are attached to a
string. After putting candy in it, you wrap the egg in tissue paper.
Hang them from the tree, then pull the bottom string and POP, your candy
flies out!
I think kids faces while hitting a pinata are great entertainment!
Conner loved helping me put the faces on the bunny cupcakes!

There is a park just down the road from us that has a fun Splash Pad. We love to go to it in the evenings!
Conner has been asking to go camping again, so we decided to let them camp in the play room tonight. They loved it!

The boys normally eat the same food Ammon and I eat, except cut up differently. For example, when we eat hamburgers, Ammon and I eat them in a bun with condiments, but for the boys, we just cut the hamburger patty up and give them ketchup to dip it in. Tonight Conner asked to have a hamburger like us. I guess he's starting to want big boy food!

The boys sure do love mowing the lawn with Daddy. I think it's just so cute! Ammon will lower the handle bar so that its at the boy's height and let them push for a couple of minutes. That is the BEST!

We were having chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast this morning. Isaac finished his and moved on to Daddy's because he was in the kitchen. He saw Daddy coming over so he quickly shoved the whole thing in his mouth!
