Grandpa and Grandma Eggett, Aunt K-K (Kimberly) and Walter came for a visit. It was so fun having Caleb and Walter together; they're about 3 1/2 months apart in age.

We love to do fun things while Grandpa and Grandma are in town. Like making cookies:
Going to the zoo. This is a small zoo in our town. We love it because it only takes an hour or so to walk through thing, plus there are chickens and peacocks just running around. And they have a petting zoo portion!

Today we went bowling! While we were there they turned off the regular lights and turned on the disco/black lights! The kids LOVED it!

While at Grandpa and Grandma Dietz's house, Isaac discovered the Mr Potato Head and had a lot of fun with it!

During the summer our library puts on some pretty fun events. Today we went to an animal event where we got to see some less common animals.
After the animal presentation, we went into the Children's Library section, where they always have some kind of manipulatives out for the kids to play with. Isaac loves building towers!

When Grandma was here, she suggested I paint some rocks gold and let the kids pan for gold in the sand box. I didn't get it done until after they had left, but the kids love it!

Each year our church stake puts on a Pioneer Day Celebration the weekend close to the 24th of July. It's always hot and humid! Because of the heat and humidity, Ammon doesn't find this event very fun. But Conner, Isaac and I went and had a blast! This year there was face painting, bouncy houses, dinner, hay rides (pulled by a front end loader tractor) and fireworks.

We recently got some hand me down jammies, and one of the jammies matched ones we already have. So now we have two boys with tractor jammies! Conner loves wearing them on the same nights!
How I loved reliving the pictures from when we were there! Such fun times with the Dietz family! Loved seeing the pictures from when we weren't there too...Love those Dietz kids and their parents!
