Today Conner got baptized as a follower of Christ! We are excited for him that he is choosing to follow Jesus!

Grandma Eggett was telling the kids about a trip we would be taking later in the summer. She said we are going to her sister's cabin and while we are there "you'll need to be on your best behavior because my sister will be there." Isaac with a dejected voice said, "Awe man," sigh, "I'm not very good at being on my best behavior." I busted up laughing.

Ammon buckled Emma's bottom buck and said, "Emma, can you buckle your top buckle?" Emma replied, "No! I'm throwing a fit!"

There is an instagram account, TJ Therrien, who does videos about the difference between the oldest, middle and youngest boys. The middle boy he portrays reminds me so much of Isaac that it is comical! Here is Isaac sweeping the floor!

Tonight was Isaac's Kindergarten Music Program!

After the performance, we let Isaac choose what treat he wanted. He said he wanted a carton of ice cream, so he and I went into Walmart while everyone else waited in the car. He looked at cookies, cinnamon rolls, donuts, even a bag of candy. As we were headed to check out with his bag of candy he saw this cake and LOVED IT! He came up with a plan to trick everyone. We hid it in the grocery bags really well and he told everyone he decided he wanted a tray of tacos instead of ice cream. Conner was SO UPSET most of the way home. He kept saying, "tacos aren't a treat!" Once Isaac slipped up and called it a cake when we were almost home. I covered for him by saying, "No, remember, you decided not to get the cake. You got a tray of tacos instead." But Ammon and Conner were still suspicious.

Isaac was so excited to get the "taco" out of the bag and show everyone!

He got the reaction that he wanted from his siblings. He LOVED it!

Isaac's class held a Mother's Day Tea Party! It was so cute and fun! They had made little gifts for us, sang a cute song, and served us tea and cookies!

Emma said there was a bug in the half bathroom downstairs. She wanted me to come see it. As I was walking towards the bathroom I hear her say it's in the toilet. When I walk in, most of her head is down inside of the bowl of the toilet! Surprised, I say, "Get your head out of the toilet!" And she said, "What? I'm just looking for the bug."

Today was the PreK4 Talent Show at the preschool! Caleb showed puzzles that he has put together for his talent.

Caleb also got to celebrate his birthday at school today! He took Oreo's as his birthday treat.

Next up, Conner! Conner entered Reflections this year and he got first place at school level and advanced to District level! They held a special lunch for all the students who made it to District level!

Conner's Artist Statement is: "I can change the world by riding my bike. When I ride my bike I give the earth cleaner air than a car."
